Peter Campbell

Peter co-founded Coates Campbell Pty Ltd in November 1975, after previously working for the Australian Valuation Office. Peter has extensive valuation experience, including rating, compensation and financial reporting. He is a qualified Specialist Retail Valuer and the author of a study on the affect of heritage registration on property values.

Joe Kealy

Joe commenced working with the firm Coates Campbell Pty Ltd in 1988 and became a Director in 1990. Joe previously worked in the Hunter Valley region of New South Wales, Local Government in Melbourne and the western district of Victoria. He has extensive experience in the fields of acquisition & compensation and also telecommunication facilities. Joe is a qualified Specialist Water Valuer.

Shannon Waters

Shannon commenced with Countrywide Valuers in 2004, becoming a Director in 2006. Shannon has a broad range of experience in both metropolitan and country Victoria with his primary emphasis being commercial, retail, industrial and hospitality valuations.
